Christmas Cracker Event

Help Kids Talk held a Christmas Cracker event along with their community partners including; BarnardosNI, LibrariesNI, Lisburn Surestart, Atlas Womens Centre and Homestart Lisburn/Colin in Lisburn square on Thursday 12^th December. This event was free and open for all children 0-10 years old. The partners provided lots of fun and festive activities throughout the day including; facepainting, crafts, a soft play area, storytime and a sensory session.

We were also joined by two very special visitors – Mrs Claus and Glitter the Elf – they chatted to all the children and families and also sang songs and read stories. Across Lisburn there is a strong commitment to working together to support the speech, language and communication skills of all children and young people living in the area – this was evident throughout this fantastic partnership event!
